14 Days

My greatest lessons while spending 14 Days in Tsunami-stricken Sri Lanka:

Life is truly unpredictable ...

No amount of control can contain the uncertainty of life ...

Situations turn full-face in a moment ... ALL could be lost in a moment - including people whom one loves and cares for.

Memories will haunt you whereever you are ...

the less one possesses, the more one has - there is true joy in simplicity

a smile goes a long way and breaks down all barriers of culture, colour and language

I can actually live with uncertainty and unpredictability ... and still cope relatively well

Just when the situation is in total despair, the human spirit remains strong and inspiring.

Welcome back :)
