Hi. I wonder what prompted you to write that article :) I just wanted to add that perhaps one is also fearful of not being able to meet those expectations as well.. and to disappoint the very one you love..

Yup. I agree. But admittedly I am rather myopic, selfish and self-centred hence I often feel I'm giving more and others often fail my expectations. That's sad isn't it?
I'm alright. It's just been some thought running through my mind - about wanting to know someone better but realise it's quite an impossible feat.
